Ed Platt
General Contractor
Ed has over 20 years of experience in remodels and renovations and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining strict compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Ed excels in cost control, contract negotiation, and coordinating skilled trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and flooring installation.
Mya Bair
Administrative Assistant
Mya is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in graphic design at Whitworth University, where she is developing a strong foundation in visual communication, creative problem solving, and design principles.
Kyle Roeter
President
Kyle is a former Technical Product Manager at Amazon Web Services where he worked on AI chatbots and software solutions to improve business operations. He is a former Army Green Beret and Infantry officer and served in Operation Enduring Freedom. Prior to Amazon Kyle worked as a management Consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. He has a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy and a Masters from the Wharton School of Business.

Comments: Ed Platt remodeled our guest bathroom and we could not be happier. Ed was punctual, provided an accurate estimate the day after our appointment, and completed the job within the time frame specified. He also provided some valuable design tips for us to make sure we ended up with the look and quality building materials we wanted. Ed and his workers were on time and left our house clean every day.
